How can I access support at the Centre for Children and Families?
At the Dialog Therapy Centre, we believe that trust is the foundation of a good working relationship. That is why our payment system has been designed to ensure that patients always know exactly what they are paying for and how much. Our prices are consistent, transparent and contain no hidden costs.
Patients are given clear information about the cost of their appointment at the time of booking. All rules regarding payments and cancelling appointments are set out in the terms and conditions and are explained at the time of booking. This ensures there are no misunderstandings or surprises.
We ensure that the payment process is simple and intuitive. Each service has a clearly stated price, and patients can easily check the price list online. Our aim is to ensure that financial matters are fully understood and do not distract from what matters most – mental health and the therapeutic process.
All payments are processed securely, in accordance with the highest standards.
